Fresh Truffles Q&A:
Q: Where are they from?
A: Most of them are freshly delivered from Italy every week. Depending on availability, we may get fresh truffles from other places like Spain and Australia as well.
Q: How should I use them?
A: Shave a few slices with a truffle slicer on pastas, pizzas or almost anything to enhance flavors and aromas!
Q: How long is their shelf life?
A: Keep it wrapped in a kitchen towel and an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3-5 days, stay cool and dry.
Q: When should I preorder?
A: We would recommend ordering it through phone or in person at least 1 week before your pick up (a deposit maybe required).
Q: How big are the truffles?
A: They are around 30g-70g. We can get you a small piece or larger piece upon request.
