Fundokin Green Yuzu kosho is a Japanese fermented condiment originated in Kyushu, the south end island of Japan. It is made with yuzu citrus peel, chili pepper, and salt featuring a tangy flavor and pleasantly refreshing feeling even if used with greasy dishes.
Yuzu kosho sauce is used as a condiment for hot pot dishes, miso soup, grilled meat, and sashimi. However, you can combine this with other condiments such as soy sauce, miso, ponzu, and mayonnaise. It even goes great with Western sauce like cream sauce, tomato sauce, and basil sauce.
